A person in light-colored clothing sits in a meditative pose in the foreground, with text announcing a %22stop & breathe%22 mindfulness event for Suicide Prevention Month overlaid on the background.

In recognition of Suicide Prevention Month, the Conrad Library and Counseling Department are presenting Stop & Breathe — a moment of mindfulness and mental release.

Join us in the library on Monday, September 29, 2025, during all lunches for this intentional mindfulness experience.

Stop by the library to get more information and secure your pass!

A Halloween-themed poster advertises a pumpkin decorating contest with examples of creative, different, and unique pumpkins in the foreground, set against a background of festive pumpkin garlands and contest details.
